Biography

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2013. After playing 5 years for the Golden Bears men’s soccer program I completed my Masters in Physical Therapy in December 2016.

I am a certified strength and conditioning coach and certified speed/agility coach and have experience working with a wide range of athletes, including young Olympians and professional hockey players. I am passionate about preventing injuries and maximizing performance by altering the way people move and compete. I continue to play soccer in the Alberta Major Soccer League and also enjoy squash, volleyball, and spike ball.
