I grew up playing competitive soccer at Provincial, National and University levels and have coached numerous teams. I’m very active in our KNEEFIT program and training clinics for local sports teams. Outside of the clinic, I train athletes in our Advanced Sports Training program using proper movement patterns to build speed, strength, and agility.
