I graduated with my Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and an undergraduate degree in Physical Education. Since graduation, I’ve worked in community physiotherapy and early education with preschool age children and completed postgraduate training in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual, Manipulative Physiotherapy and courses in functional dry needling, acupuncture, pilates, spinal manipulation, mobilization of muscle, KinesioTaping and children’s yoga. I am certified in Acupuncture and Functional Dry Needling.
I grew up in Sherwood Park playing competitive basketball and soccer and worked as a fitness trainer with individuals and teams at Millennium Place throughout my undergraduate and master’s degree. I continue to play women’s basketball and enjoy CrossFit, lifting, running, and Moksha Yoga.
