SPORTFIT is a con­di­tion­ing pro­gram for all types of indi­vid­u­als. Whether you are an ath­lete look­ing to develop speed, agility, strength and power or just train­ing to main­tain health, train­ing with SPORTFIT will help you achieve your goal of becom­ing a bet­ter athlete.

THE SPORTFIT DIFFERENCE

SPORTFIT train­ers are phys­i­cal ther­a­pists with spe­cial inter­est in advanced sport spe­cific train­ing that want to help take your train­ing to a whole new level. The train­ers work to cor­rect move­ment defi­cien­cies, mus­cle imbal­ances and pos­tural faults to teach you the most effi­cient move­ment pat­terns for max­i­mum power and per­for­mance. Your per­son­al­ized pro­gram will help you develop skills for your spe­cific sport and per­sonal goal attainment.

SPORTFIT ses­sions help you develop a pow­er­ful and effi­cient body through var­i­ous agility, speed and power drills that focus on com­bi­na­tion move­ment pat­terns rather than iso­lated mus­cle exercises.

No two SPORTFIT ses­sions will ever be the same and whether your goal is com­pet­i­tive ath­letic, sport spe­cific, or per­sonal fit­ness, the train­ing ses­sions will be cus­tomized to max­i­mize your needs.

SPORTFIT ses­sions are 1 on 1 or small group/team ses­sions are avail­able.
Ses­sions are held in clinic space, your own indi­vid­ual loca­tion or a field (weather per­mit­ting). The train­ers sup­ply all required equip­ment and team train­ing options are available.

8 Ses­sions: $480 ($60/hr)
4 Ses­sions: $260 ($65/hr)
