Our TPI certified physical therapist will take you through a complete array of tests used by the best golfers in the world. By assessing a “total picture” of your body and swing, our therapist will design an exercise program to seamlessly integrate into your current golf program.
GOLFFIT exercises will stretch and strengthen areas of your body that have been preventing you from achieving your perfect golf swing.
As an athlete, you my already be using similar exercises. We will show you how to do the exercises properly using correct techniques.
