TAPING AND BRACING is often nec­es­sary to opti­mize heal­ing of lig­a­ments and should be done in the first 24 hours after injury.

AGGRESSIVE ICE THERAPY The first night after an injury can reduce your recov­ery time sig­nif­i­cantly by min­i­miz­ing swelling. Pro­fes­sional ath­letes will often ice 20 min­utes of every hour, all through the first night. If appro­pri­ate, you may want to aggres­sively ice your injury as well. is often nec­es­sary to opti­mize heal­ing of lig­a­ments and should be done within 24 hours of injury.

COLD WHIRLPOOL THERAPY is excel­lent at min­i­miz­ing swelling and used by many sports teams.


GAME READY ICE COMPRESSION MACHINE is a state of the art unit pro­vid­ing com­pres­sion and cool­ing in one con­ve­nient treatment.

Cryoki­net­ics Pro­grams (ice and pro­gres­sive exer­cises) can be ini­ti­ated for most acute injuries at 24– 48 hours post injury. We have a spe­cific pro­gram designed for your acute injury.
